Janitor/Cleaner/Aide

• FTE: Must provide availability of up to a 0.40 FTE
• Union Status: CUPE 145
• Shift Schedule (Hours are subject to change based on operational needs): Mon - Sun – Various rotating 7.5 hour shifts
• Employment Status: Temporary Part-time
• Length of temporary contract: Approx. 18 months
• Site Location: Georgetown

Job Description

Accommodation and Support Service Tasks include: comprehensive cleaning including patient rooms, frequent dry/wet mopping of large floor spaces including Food Services kitchen, dish room and production areas, dining rooms etc.; frequent pick up, transport & disposal of waste, cardboard and soiled linen; quality assessment; other duties as assigned.

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent required
