PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) seeks a Client Support Analyst to join our Evolution Support team, delivering high-level technical assistance for our IWMS software to our clients.

You will own cases from intake to resolution, troubleshoot with SQL and API integrations, collaborate with development, QA, and implementation, and maintain thorough CRM records while following ISO and GDPR guidelines in a hybrid setup.
