Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–12+ years of experience in Java application development, including enterprise IVR and telephony solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE , Spring Boot , Spring MVC , and Microservices architecture for developing scalable backend applications.
- Experience developing and maintaining IVR applications , with a solid understanding of IVR call flows , SIP
