Job Description
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Development of IVR applications using Avaya OD. Inbound and outbound IVR applications development (POM).
- Experience 3-6 years
IVR BA / Tester:
- Work closely with IVR development team and provide clarifications on requirements.
- Get required business logics required for IVR, core banking systems integrations and document clearly on functional specifications.
- Having discussions with needed IT teams to clarify the requirements, get their concurrence, work on project plan, communicating to stakeholders on the project plan.
- Create the test cases and perform the testing.
- Ensure testing is done thoroughly prior to UAT and document the defects.
- Co-ordinate with teams during UAT for resolution.
