Become a key player at Envision Technology Solutions in Toronto as an IVR Developer. This position emphasizes your expertise in DTMF IVR application development and various Cisco technologies.
With over four years of experience, you’ll collaborate on DTMF IVR application development within the Contact Center environment. Proficiency in Cisco Call Studio, Cisco CVP, and VXML Server is essential. Additionally, familiarity with UCCE, integration, and Cyara testing tools will be required to enhance our IVR solutions.
