Job Description
Werfen is seeking a HelpLine Application Support Specialist to provide technical and application support for instrumentation and assays within Acute Care Diagnostics and Point of Care.
You will handle break/fix, configuration issues, and troubleshooting, interact with clinical and commercial stakeholders by phone and remote tools, and escalate when needed to Field Service Engineers.
