As Intrum’s ITSM Process Owner, you will govern and improve Incident, Problem, and Change processes across a multi‑vendor landscape to keep our services stable, efficient, and continuously improving.
What will you do:
- Own end‑to‑end Incident, Problem & Change processes with clear policies, KPIs/SLAs, and consistent execution.
- Govern vendors (SIAM) to ensure contractual adherence, RACI clarity, and robust compliance.
- Lead Major Incident readiness, escalation and communication; drive effective post‑incident reviews.
- Drive Problem Management: trend analysis, RCA, publication of workarounds/known errors, and permanent fix coordination.
