About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ITSM Analyst to play a key role in our upcoming migration from ConnectWise to Halo ITSM. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with ITSM tools, improving processes, and collaborating with different teams to deliver reliable IT services.

You will be hands-on throughout the migration—from planning and configuration to go-live—and will continue as the owner of ITSM processes and platform optimization after implementation.

What You'll Do

ITSM Platform Migration

  • Support the migration from ConnectWise to Halo ITSM
  • Assist with data extraction, mapping, migration, and validation
  • Configure and support Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Asset Management modules
