JOB SUMMARY
Diagnoses, handles repair and maintains the highest standard of Technical Service to customers in accordance with the agreed and Apple service excellence standards.
Conducts thorough quality checking and testing on all repaired units prior to release to customers.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Graduate of Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or any Technical-Related courses. With at least 6 months experience in Technical Service is an advantage, but Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
