JOB SUMMARY

  • Diagnoses, handles repair and maintains the highest standard of Technical Service to customers in accordance with the agreed and Apple service excellence standards.

  • Conducts thorough quality checking and testing on all repaired units prior to release to customers.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Graduate of Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or any Technical-Related courses. With at least 6 months experience in Technical Service is an advantage, but Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
