We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Admin/ Developer.
Job Description:
Strong conceptual and practical understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM), asset lifecycle processes and ITIL‑aligned service management.
In‑depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform with specific hands‑on exposure to CMDB, ITAM/HAM/SAM modules, discovery, integration patterns and reporting in a production multi‑instance or multi‑site environment.
Familiarity with common discovery and inventory tools (e.g., SCCM/ConfigMgr, Intune, JAMF, Flexera, OEM management tools, EDA vendor tools) and their integration to ServiceNow or similar ITAM platforms.
Good understanding of software licensing concepts and metrics (user/device, concurrent, subscription, CPU/core, named vs float...
