Introduction

We are seeking an Italian Speaking Technical Support Associate to provide technical assistance to international customers. The role is based in Greece and includes full relocation support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance for products or services

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, or connectivity issues

  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions

  • Escalate complex technical cases

  • Accurately document support activities

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and good English
