Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding products, services, and order inquiries.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, product information, and issue resolution.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate where necessary.
  • Stay informed about company products, policies, and updates to provide accurate and current information.
