Italian-speaking Admissions Coordinator

Join our Global Admissions Hub in Barcelona to manage day-to-day operations for high school programs supporting Italian-speaking exchange students.

You will handle every step of the admission process (including applications, visas, flights, placements) ensuring students and families feel confident about every step of the way.

This role sits at the heart of what we do, crafting smooth journeys that let young people focus on personal growth, new friendships, and discovery abroad.

What you will do

• Partner with our Sales offices to hand off new students seamlessly into Operations.
• Be an expert on admissions processes for our destinations and liaise with receiving organizations.
• Guide exchange students and their guardians through applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and on time.
• Handle operational steps like placements, flights, visas, and support with pre-departure orientations.
