Role & Responsibilities

Role context

  • Supports CDW’s ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) / e‑recycling program.
  • Works closely with manaher (who runs the program day to day) and reports up
  • Primarily an administrative / operations role, not technical and not customer-facing.

    • Key responsibilities

  • SOW (Statement of Work) HandlingReceive partner SOWs from manager and/or third‑party ITAD partners.Convert partner SOWs into customer‑facing SOWs: clean up formatting, run through internal systems, and “make it pretty” and finalized SOWs to manager to present to the seller and customer.
  • Systems & ToolsWork within Salesforce (core system used).Use Agiloft for workflow/contracts.Possible but not guaranteed use of Vision (may be phased out).
