We're Hiring: VoIP, Cloud & Infrastructure Administrator
We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure & VoIP Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across VoIP systems, cloud platforms, server administration, security, and end-user support.
Key Responsibilities
VoIP & Communication Systems
Design, implement, and manage VoIP systems (IP phones, SIP, IVR, ring groups)
Troubleshoot call quality and connectivity issues
Administer VoIP servers and user accounts
Cloud & Virtual Infrastructure
Deploy and manage servers on Azure, Kamatera, and DigitalOcean
Manage production and staging environments (Windows/Linux), WHMCS, and VoIP systems
Configure RAID, virtual environments, and VM migrations using VMware ESXi and Hyper-V
Server & Network Administration
Install and maintain Windows Server and Active Directory
Configure Group Policies, file shares, and security protocols
