IT User Support Specialist

Job Description:

• Creates, resolves, and closes incidents/service requests within allocated timelines.

• Supports IT hardware lifecycle management processes.

• Provides support and guidance for onsite services (e.g., events and meetings) by leveraging internal and external providers. Drives the user experience and promotes best practices.

• Supports all standard workplace infrastructure, global/local projects, and deployments.
