IT TRAINEE Tech Support

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide IT on-call and weekend support as scheduled.
  • Professional handling of every service request.
  • Maintenance of PostgreSQL and MSSQL databases.
  • Telephone and email support.
  • Perform customer request management while maintaining support quotas.
  • Understand and assess customer-reported issues to determine prioritization.
  • Serve as an internal knowledge resource for other members of the organization.
  • Analyze and validate issues.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal resources.
  • Manage and ensure documentation of service calls is completed.
  • Contribute to technical support processes.
  • Work with a 24/7 global technical support team.
  • SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
  • Knowledge of scripting like PowerShell and Python.
  • Knowledge of software and systems: Microsoft, SQLite, VMware, PostgreSQL, and MSSQL.
