IT Trainee

· Provide first-level IT support to end users

· Assist in installation and configuration of computers, printers, and software

· Support basic networking tasks (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing)

· Assist with user account setup and password resets

· Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff

· Maintain IT inventory and basic documentation

· Follow IT security policies and procedures

Skills & Knowledge Required

· Basic understanding of computer hardware and peripherals

· Basic knowledge of Windows operating system

· Fundamental networking concepts (IP address, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)

· Basic troubleshooting skills

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Basic understanding of antivirus and system security

· Good communication and willingness to learn
