Provide on-site IT support to hotel staff and management
Perform proactive system monitoring and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
Coordinate with third-party vendors
Track and manage support incidents
Assist with IT infrastructure improvements
Setup and support event equipment for meetings and event
Qualifications: Certificates/Certification, Diplomas
