CONTRACT : 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer
Location: Cardiff
Length: Initially 3 months
Payment: Competitive
Working Pattern: 5 days a week on site Full Time working

🛠️ Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- Support Active Directory, Exchange, and remote support tools
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for tech users
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong working knowledge of cyber security best practices would be highly advantageous.
