Job Description: As a Remote & On-Site IT Technician (Level 2/3), you will handle escalated support tickets, network issues, server problems, and on-site visits for business clients while also working remote when not on-site.

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Windows, networking, O365, firewall, and server issues, and Equipment Deployment.
  • Provide remote support via tickets and direct client calls.
  • Perform on-site visits for installations, repairs, and camera setups.
