Responsibilities:

1. IT systems & network support – Set up, configure, and maintain computers, servers, printers, and network infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations.
2. Technical troubleshooting – Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently, providing both on-site and remote assistance to users.
3. System maintenance & security – Carry out system updates, upgrades, and patching; ensure antivirus, firewall, and data backup systems are properly maintained.
4. IT documentation – Keep accurate records of IT assets, system settings, technical issues, and resolutions for tracking and compliance purposes.
5. Inter-department collaboration – Liaise with various departments to understand technical requirements and deliver appropriate IT solutions.
6. Process improvement – Evaluate and propose new technologies, tools, or systems to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
