IT Technician in the Learning Environment Services Team in the Information Technology Services (ITS) (Ref.:534468)
We are seeking a high caliber candidate to join us to provide quality technical assistance in the Learning Environment Services for the University community.
The Role
Offer technical assistance in supporting centrally timetabled classroomsMaintain and resolve issues related to classroom equipment (both audio-visual and IT)Provide general classroom support including hotline servicesWork on shifts, during weekends, and on public holidays occasionally Qualifications and Qualities
A diploma or above in Information Technology/Engineering/Multi-Media/Theatre and Entertainment Arts or a related disciplineAt least 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience in audio-visual fieldsA good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
