About the Role We are seeking an experienced IT Technician to join a dynamic team based at Head Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and end-user devices. Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Set up and support workstations, printers, routers, and network-connected equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users.
• Create and manage user accounts, groups, and passwords within Active Directory.
• Support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
