What you'll be doing

• Provide frontline IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for our clients
• Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades of computer systems, peripherals, and software
• Respond to IT-related inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions
• Collaborate with the IT team members to implement process improvements and identify ways to enhance the overall customer experience
