CloudWays Support (Pty) Ltd is hiring a hands-on IT Technician to join our support team.

This is a frontline desktop support role.

It is not a programming, Linux engineering, or data centre position.

Our clients contact us when their work has stopped. Schools, offices and business teams rely on us to restore their ability to continue. The technician in this role must be practical, calm and solutions-focused.

What You Will Do

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support
• Troubleshoot Windows 10 and 11 issues
• Support Microsoft Networking environments
• Install and configure hardware and software
• Perform onsite support at client premises
• Handle networking troubleshooting at SMB level
• Perform preventative maintenance
