Job Description

As an IT Technician, you are responsible to drive operational excellence by bridging the gap between IT infrastructure and end-user needs. This role ensures maximum system uptime through proactive troubleshooting of MES and SAP environments, while establishing robust governance and standardized workflows to scale technical efficiency.

Key Accountabilities

  • Technical Support & Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and application faults. This includes conducting rigorous post‑resolution testing and follow‑ups to ensure long‑term system stability and user satisfaction.
  • Infrastructure & Lifecycle Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networking hardware. Collaborate with the Purchasing department to manage the hardware lifecycle, ensuring all assets align with operational requirements.
