Job Description
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, peripherals, and software across user workstations and servers.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues—hardware failures, network connectivity, application performance issues.
Ensure all issues logged in the ticketing system are resolved within the SLA and expectations.
Maintain inventory of hardware and software, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
Provide end‑user support via in‑person or ticketing systems; elevate issues as required.
Compliance with required IT policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Being able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Skilled in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Risk‑averse, independent, and problem‑solving.
