Job Description:

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, peripherals, and software across user workstations and servers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues—hardware failures, network connectivity, application performance issues.
  • Ensure all issues logged in the ticketing system are resolved within the SLA and expectations
  • Maintain inventory of hardware and software, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Provide end-user support via in-person or ticketing systems; escalate issues as required
  • Compliance with required IT policies and procedures.

Requirement:

  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Being able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Skilled in hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Risk adverse, independent, and problem-solving
