Job Description:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, peripherals, and software across user workstations and servers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues—hardware failures, network connectivity, application performance issues.
- Ensure all issues logged in the ticketing system are resolved within the SLA and expectations
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
- Provide end-user support via in-person or ticketing systems; escalate issues as required
- Compliance with required IT policies and procedures.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Information Technology or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Being able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Skilled in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Risk adverse, independent, and problem-solving
