IT Technician

Responsibilities

• PC setup and deployment for new employee
• Provide technical knowledge to different level of staff to solve their daily problems
• Maintain company software licensing
• Maintain and review the IT policy and procedures to comply with the regulatory requirement and to safeguard the company asset
• Provide support on IT equipment such as printers, CCTV, laptop, desktop and door access
• Provide internal support to all employee for any IT issues
• Able to propose improvement on current system
• IT Asset tracking
• Maintain and control VPN access
• Arrange bi-annual and annual vendor maintenance for all IT appliances and systems
• To participate and ensure all the IT policies are followed and assist in IT audit quarterly
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Company from time to time with on time full closure
