Job Summary

An IT Technician is responsible for providing technical support, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations within an organization. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end-users, and maintaining network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, servers) and software systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
