What you’ll be doing

• Respond to and resolve a wide range of IT-related issues and queries from users in a timely and professional manner
• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network equipment
• Provide first-line troubleshooting and problem-solving for desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
• Liaise with users to understand their technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions
