About this Role

We’re seeking an IT Technician to join our central IT services team. Reporting to the Head of IT, the successful candidate will provide high‑quality 1st and 2nd line support for the schools in our trust, primarily working with a group of schools around South Birmingham and Solihull. Your tasks will span a wide range of IT functions, from troubleshooting technical issues to assisting with network maintenance and contributing to the development of innovative digital solutions that enhance the learning experience. This is a central position based at the BDMAT head office; however, travel to any of the schools in the trust will be required.
