IT Technical Support Specialist (12 Month Contract)
The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for first and second levels of technical support and troubleshooting. Tasks include setting up and configuring new computers for users using OS deployer (ManageEngine) image server, creating new user accounts in Windows Active Directory, troubleshooting printer issues, setting up Cisco phones for users, and resolving basic network problems. The role also involves occasional staff training for IT staff, super users, user training, and related documentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform problem determination and problem resolution on reported end-user or networking problems as directed.
- Monitor, implement and record end‑user requests for service using Helpdesk ticketing system.
