System & Technical Support
- Provide front-line technical assistance to end-users and partners regarding system connectivity, hardware configurations, and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and related hardware to support the company’s cloud-based and on-premise systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving operating systems, databases, and integrated services (e.g., printer connections, internet stability, or third-party integrations).
- Coordinate with software application teams to elevate product-related issues and ensure timely issue resolution.
