Position Description

As a Junior Consultant your role will involve providing support to employees in installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems/servers, networks, printers and documentation

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Installing and configuring Computer Hardware, Software/Applications, Systems/Servers, Networks/Access Points/Firewall, Printers, Telephony/Fax, and User guide.
• Initiate and maintain a good relationship with the members.
• Cooperate and coordinate your activities with other team members
• Conduct daily health checks on the office IT Infrastructure and provide reports.
• Assist with the setting up of new joiners' computers, ensuring they have the necessary hardware, software, and access to tools.
