Job Description
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Respond to service requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer system errors, connectivity issues, and application problems
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, software, and IT equipment
- Support and maintain printers, scanners, and other office devices
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates (patching, antivirus checks, backups)
- Assist users with password resets and account access issues
- Monitor and maintain network performance and security
- Log all issues and resolutions in the helpdesk tracking system
- Coordinate with IT team for unresolved or escalating technical concerns
