Job Description

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Respond to service requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve computer system errors, connectivity issues, and application problems
  • Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, software, and IT equipment
  • Support and maintain printers, scanners, and other office devices
  • Perform routine system maintenance and updates (patching, antivirus checks, backups)
  • Assist users with password resets and account access issues
  • Monitor and maintain network performance and security
  • Log all issues and resolutions in the helpdesk tracking system
  • Coordinate with IT team for unresolved or escalating technical concerns
  • Provide setup and support for meetings, teleconferencing, and other IT-related activities
