Full Job Description:

  • Handle RMA devices; test devices to determine if they are working properly. If issues can be resolved through basic troubleshooting, the device will be repaired and returned to the customer.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment such as CCTV systems, network devices ( gateways, access points, and switches), and other devices including biometrics, intercom systems, and servers.
  • Answer inquires of customer regarding to their issues in products

Qualification:

  • problem-solving skills
  • At least High School/Senior High graduate
  • Comfortable using a computer and navigating online tools
  • Working experience is not required
