Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4‑year IT or Computer‑related course
  • With at least 1-2 years of experience in Technical Support or related roles
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

  • Work Arrangement: Full onsite

  • Work Schedule: M-F, 8AM-5PM
  • Initial contract duration (6 months)
  • Place of Assignment is Makati/ (Tower One or Circuit)

Job Description:

The Technical Support professional provides foundational IT support and operational assistance to ensure smooth technology operations across the organization. The role involves IT asset management, basic troubleshooting, ticket management, and supporting IT projects as needed. This position reports to the IT Supervisor/IT Manager.
