  1. IT Technical Support in Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur.
  2. IT Technical Onsite troubleshooting on Software applications up to Windows OS.
  3. IT Technical Remote troubleshooting on Software applications up to Windows OS.
  4. IT Technical Escalation and Handle ticket end-to-end.
  5. IT Technical support for walk-in customer.
  6. Microsoft cloud and office application access support.
  7. Security support for end user's computer.
  8. Ad Hoc Network switches and Wireless network access support.
  9. Ad Hoc IT project, migration and outstation traveling (if any).

Background

  1. Diploma in Information Technology (IT) related.
  2. Speak Fluent English.
  3. Prefer Three (3) year IT technical support experience (Hardware and Software).
  4. Good attendance and punctuality to work.
  5. Time management on appointment time given by client.
