- IT Technical Support in Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur.
- IT Technical Onsite troubleshooting on Software applications up to Windows OS.
- IT Technical Remote troubleshooting on Software applications up to Windows OS.
- IT Technical Escalation and Handle ticket end-to-end.
- IT Technical support for walk-in customer.
- Microsoft cloud and office application access support.
- Security support for end user's computer.
- Ad Hoc Network switches and Wireless network access support.
- Ad Hoc IT project, migration and outstation traveling (if any).
Background
- Diploma in Information Technology (IT) related.
- Speak Fluent English.
- Prefer Three (3) year IT technical support experience (Hardware and Software).
- Good attendance and punctuality to work.
- Time management on appointment time given by client.
