**Responsibilities**:
- Driving & Monitoring Queue for ticket closure all end user issues.
- Work on End point compliance (parameters AD/AV/MBAM/Avecto/SCCM/DLP) as per Cognizant IT baseline
- Technical support for imaged Desktops/Laptops and work on issues related to Hardware/Operating system.
- Intune Support on Mobile Devices
- Location Video Conference-End User support & regular VC Check list
- IT Assets & Accessories Allocations and updating in Service Now AMDB
