We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a software application technical support engineer. The responsibilities of the technical support engineer include testing, deployment, and overseeing software and automation projects from start to finish, coordinating with software developers, solution architect, and other team members, giving customer presentations, and writing project reports.

Responsibilities:

  • To support Project Manager including tracking project status of deliverables and milestones, issue coordination, planning, reporting, and coordinating activities in support of quality objectives.
  • To provide IT Technical Support to customers for system and equipment setup.
  • To assist partners in project installation.
  • To assist in product/system testing and reporting.
