Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating system and applications; monitors and ensures system availability and performance.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems installed.
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  • Replacing computer parts as required.
  • Maintain computer hardware inventory.
  • Establish a good working relationship with clients.
  • Excellent customer service skills, listening skills, meeting SLA.
  • Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
  • Configure employee backup synchronization to file server.
  • Prepares Adobe EchoSign Forms.
  • Monitoring of Computer hardware peripheral spare parts such as Hard Disk, KB/Mouse, memory, Power Supply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php23,000.00 per month
