Job Description

  • Provide technical support via email, phone, chat and ticketing system for email services (Exchange, Outlook, Google Workspace), VOIP services, and computer-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to email and account logins, password resets, account configurations, and email client setup, and account management across various platforms and services.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to allocate and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and contractors onto tech resources.
