Qualifications:

  • Must be a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • With at least 1–2 years of experience in IT technical support.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided a minimum of 300 hours of on-the-job training (OJT) in IT support has been completed.
  • Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, ITIL Foundation, or similar qualification.
