Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Install and configure POS hardware, including terminals, receipt printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, and payment devices.
- Set up network connections, peripherals, and other related equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is installed according to company guidelines.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure hardware reliability and minimize downtime.
- Respond to hardware support tickets and troubleshoot issues both on-site and remotely.
- Repair or replace malfunctioning hardware components as needed.
- Provide prompt solutions to hardware failures, connectivity issues, and system errors.
- Collaborate with software support teams to resolve issues that may span both hardware and software systems.
- Normal Weekday Shift (Monday - Friday) / 9am to 6.30pm
- Scheduled Weekend Shift (Saturday - Wednesday) / 9am to 6.30pm
- After Hours support on a rotating roster
