Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure POS hardware, including terminals, receipt printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, and payment devices.
  • Set up network connections, peripherals, and other related equipment.
  • Ensure all equipment is installed according to company guidelines.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure hardware reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Respond to hardware support tickets and troubleshoot issues both on-site and remotely.
  • Repair or replace malfunctioning hardware components as needed.
  • Provide prompt solutions to hardware failures, connectivity issues, and system errors.
  • Collaborate with software support teams to resolve issues that may span both hardware and software systems.
  • Normal Weekday Shift (Monday - Friday) / 9am to 6.30pm
  • Scheduled Weekend Shift (Saturday - Wednesday) / 9am to 6.30pm
  • After Hours support on a rotating roster
