Job Description

· Identify and resolve hardware and software issues.

· Perform regular system maintenance and updates.

· Install hardware, cabling, and software components.

· Document system configurations and maintain accurate records.

· Communicate effectively with end users and IT management.

· Apply security patches and temporary fixes when needed.

· Set up company accounts for new employees and deliver fully operational IT equipment.

· Install required software based on employees' positions and access needs.

· Keep accurate inventory of company IT equipment; store, format, and dispatch devices when required.

· Coordinate with the central IT department in Italy to ensure timely fulfillment of IT needs.

· Liaise with the SIM card provider for new line activations, cancellations, and related administrative processes.
