Role Purpose

• Support manufacturing operations by providing standard systematic solutions.
• Create and support solutions and improvements for manufacturing systems.
• Interface between SAP team and Operations teams.
• Support SAP and other manufacturing systems and their interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations with SAP system expertise.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues within our customer service-level agreements.
• Translate Business User functional requests requirements to build technical objects utilizing best practices.
• Able to perform under pressure during times like a system down situation.
• Ability to work across multiple teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Conduct working sessions with business users as required.
