IT Technical Engineer - Japanese Speaking

Working arrangement: 9am - 6pm, Mon-Fri

Salary: Competitive Salary offered depending on your experience and skills

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Japanese Proficiency: N2 above or Japanese naive speakers
  • English Proficiency: B1
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in technical support, consulting, or IT; alternatively, a bachelor's degree in CS/IT plus 2+ years of relevant experience on Windows system administration.
  • Technical Proficiency in:
  • Windows Registry, File Systems, User Account & ACLs
  • Event Logs, Auditing, Performance Monitoring (PerfMon/Resource Monitor)
  • Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, SMB, Kerberos, PKI
  • Virtualization & server management: Hyper-V, SDN, clustering, resilient storage
  • Administration tools: PowerShell, Group Policy, BitLocker, Windows Update & Shell config.
