IT Technical Engineer

Job Overview

This position is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting Medical Informatics Solutions installed at customer sites. The role also involves participating in system implementation projects for new and existing sites as required. The ideal candidate is technically competent, customer-focused, and able to work independently in both remote and on-site environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT technical support for existing system installations, both remotely and on-site.
• Perform regular system health checks at defined intervals to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Monitor and review sites in post-implementation stages for maintenance contract proposals and billing coordination.
• Track progress and quality of work performed by relevant technical disciplines or vendors.
